The Midwest Theological Forum is a great resource for materials and courses about the Catholic faith. The material is geared for bishops, priests, religious, canonists, parents, students, and
religious educators to support them in their daily efforts to form themselves and those whom they serve.
Some of the more popular books include Daily Roman Missal, Handbook of Prayers, the Didache Series, Missale Romanum, The Book of the Gospels, Code of Canon Law Annotated, and the Exegetical Commentary of Canon Law. Many of the titles seem to be fairly indepth of the topics. It would probably be a good idea to see the sample that is available for downloading to help chose which book or series to invest in.
The Catholic Information Center operates in Washington, DC as kind of a “street parish”. The bookstore and chapel bring the sacraments an d spiritual resources to those working in the Nation’s Capital.
